There is a strong emphasis on K-12 presentations, however, the programs can be adapted to any situation or need. Carl’s successful background of thirty-six years in education, provide the basis for these programs. This experience, gave Carl the insight as to how to best communicate a message and what school staff would want and expect.
Each individual program will be designed to fit the schedule, needs and goals of the contracting organization. The following is a list of topics that have been presented:

Carl is comfortable presenting to any size group in any setting. As a part of the pre-planning, suggestions can be made as to how to best deliver the message. Carl is confident in his ability to work with students of any age or grade. All of the programs include follow-up materials with suggestions for processing and further study.

Carl Olson was fabulous with my students! He was able to hold their attention for two full days, and had them asking for more. It wasn't that Carl had lots of knowledge about music, but he understood team building, student dynamics, and peer relationships. He motivated and inspired them with several "hands-on" activities and games, all of which included inspirational stories and a message which reinforced how to lead and get along with others. |
